If a payment is late
You get 3 days after the due date with no charge. From day 4, a fine of 0.5% a day applies to the unpaid part of that installment only. It does not compound, and it stops when you pay. This is written in your agreement.
Example: an installment of 400,000 RWF is unpaid and you pay on day 10. The fine covers 7 days (day 4 to day 10): 7 × 0.5% = 3.5% of 400,000 RWF = 14,000 RWF.
- We send an SMS reminder 3 days before each due date.
- If you think you cannot pay on time, contact us before the due date.
