This website does not use forms, advertising or analytics, and it sets no cookies. The only thing it saves in your browser is your language choice (Kinyarwanda or English), so it can show the page in that language next time.
When you apply for a loan
We collect the information needed to assess and manage your loan:
- your name, national ID, phone number and address;
- details of your business or income and of the security you offer;
- your loan and repayment records.
How we use it
We use your information to decide on your application, prepare your agreement, collect repayments, send you SMS reminders about due dates, and meet our legal duties, including reporting to the credit reference bureau.
Who sees it
Our staff who need it for your loan. We share it with the credit reference bureau, regulators and the authorities when the law requires. We do not sell it.
